meet Laura
Laura has always taken the complete approach when educating her kindergarteners, believing family involvement was of the utmost importance. After years of working with and helping families where she could, she decided to start “The Harmony Coach,” taking all she had learned and spread that knowledge further than her classroom.
The goal of The Harmony Coach is to help nourish the bond between parents and their children. As that bond strengthens, she teaches parents and children alike, how to nurture that connection for continued growth through adolescents into adulthood. The Harmony Coach can help families with an existing solid dynamic, as well as families who believe their connection could use strengthening. Laura has been there and knows how to navigate the difficult world of parenting and can help create more peaceful interactions and bring harmony into your home.
Laura Lunardi l is Living Pono’s dedicated parent and family coach. She is a Parent/Child Coach, Kindergarten teacher, and mother of two.
She obtained her B.A. in Psychology & Elementary Education from DePaul University, as well as a B.A. in Early Childhood Development from Kendall College.
Although she has a thorough educational background related to understanding children and family dynamics, Laura states, “my education was invaluable and set a deep foundation for educating others, but I do believe most of my true learning took place over 20+ years of teaching, coaching, and parenting.”
