Short-Term Counseling
Our short-term counseling takes a more solution-oriented approach. During this type of counseling, we’ll focus on identifying immediate solutions and a path forward.

Long-Term Counseling
Our long-term counseling involves going to sessions over the course of several months or years, giving you time you need to work through complex and ongoing issues.

Onsite Visits
We are available for onsite debriefing and trainings for your and your team. This has proven to be a valuable resource for first responders and opening them up to the idea of counseling.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a therapy technique that treats mental health conditions related to traumatic events. It is aimed to help with symptom reduction and relief.

Our 55-minute sessions are for police, EMT/paramedics, fire fighters, dispatch, active service, veterans, retirees, hospital staff, mental health clinicians, and families.
