How do I get started?
Fill out our inquiry form and our office will reach out to learn more about what brings you to Living Pono and pair you with the counselor that best suits your needs.
Do you take insurance?
Credit cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We encourage you to verify if mental health benefits are part of your insurance plan so that you understand your coverage at the time of your first session. Our staff is happy to assist you by having a billing company file claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Head to our Pricing and Insurance page to see the types of insurance that we accept.
How do I know which counselor is right for me?
During our consultation call, we will assess which counselor and service best suits your needs. You may also learn more about our counselors on our Team page and put in a request to meet with a specific team member.
Do you offer tele-health appointments?
The availability of tele-health appointments is dependent on the specific counselor. Please let us know during your consultation call if you are interested in tele-health appointments.
