Hi there, I’m Jennie

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with 3 years of experience within the mental health field and social work. Specializing in anxiety, depression, and stress disorders, trauma recovery, mediation, and conflict resolution, I am committed to helping individuals achieve mental wellness and personal growth.

With a master’s in social work and a master’s in mediation and conflict resolution, I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of human behavior and cognition.

I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental therapeutic environment where clients are given the space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Outside of Living Pono I enjoy painting, reading, and hiking. I believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance to better serve my clients and nurture her own well-being.

THE LIVING PONO APPROACH

in life, Pono stands for righteousness and balance

In Hawaiian, if a person is living Pono, it means that they have struck the right balance within themselves, with other things, places, and the people in their lives.

We take that same approach when helping you to grow.
