Hi there, I’m Cindy

I am a Mental Health Therapist, Owner of Living Pono Counseling, and a nationally certified counselor. With over twenty years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve a high level of emotional and mental well-being.

Working interactively with individuals, couples, families, and teens, I am solution-focused to assist my clients in living their lives to their fullest potential. Integrating research-based methodologies and techniques; I assist my clients on their journey of emotional strength-building and personal fulfillment with a focus on lifelong health and prosperity.

I am also a trained mediator through Northwestern University, which allows me to assist individuals and couples. Mediation can be a productive way to temper differences while learning to negotiate their needs productively and efficiently.
